Hello! I am Kim, a Registered Nurse and a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner. I am a Health & Wellness Educator and Coach.
I am deeply passionate about promoting health and living well. I believe a great life starts with good health. My goal for all my clients is to gain optimal health at any age! This can be achieved through balance in the body. Mind, body, spirit!
I started in healthcare as a bedside nurse. Later, I worked in areas that involved illness prevention through education and program development. I spent several years in management, followed by teaching in the Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science Nursing Program at the University of Regina; however, I wanted to play a greater role in health promotion and illness prevention. I wanted to help people achieve a better- quality life physically, mentally and emotionally to achieve their full health and life potential. I wanted this for myself too! I became a Certified Life & Emotional Intelligent Coach and started Insight Coaching & Development Inc.. A few years later I became a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner. This has taken my health coaching business to the next level. Using functional labs and the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® Program, I help my clients heal themselves through lifestyle changes and natural methods!
