• 1-1 hour insight Intake session to learn about you and your specific needs
• 3-1 hour online or in-person coaching sessions
•  Support & accountability check-ins between sessions
• 30-minute wrap-up session

This program is meant for those that may be already suffering from chronic illness and needs to dive deeper, and work a little harder to reverse these conditions. Do you have Osteoporosis/Osteopenia, Type 2 Diabetes, high cholesterol or blood pressure, low throid or something else??? Many chronic illnesses are the result of metabolic dysfuntion and can be reversed! I can help!
